He has an unlimited right of supervision over the operations of the company.

Real Estate experts

Aedifica's real estate portfolio is valued by two independent real estate experts, de Crombrugghe & Partners SA and Stadim CVBA.
According to the Royal Decree of December 7, 2010, the experts value quarterly the whole portfolio and their valuation constitutes the carrying amount ("fair value") of the goods on the balance sheet.
