The acquisition of the Ixelinvest SA company and the Immobe SA business has enabled Aedifica to integrate a given number of furnished apartments, as well as staff qualified in managing this type of property.

• to create and maintain direct contacts with their guests, which is essential in this business sector. Up until now, customers have been coming back due to the quality of the accommodation and the service, with the assurance that the management team would do everything to make their stay a pleasant one,
• to work with exemplary communication, good co-ordination and team spirit. To manage 183 furnished apartments, the Aedifica team is comprised of only 1 sales manager, 4 managers and 8 manual workers (cleaners, caretaker, gardener and handymen) and ensures all aspects of the rental, management and maintenance of the buildings.
• Management of furnished apartments, which is more risky than that of unfurnished apartments given the relatively short duration of the stays, requires effective and proactive management by the landlord in order to limit the risks of vacancy. Dealing closely and directly with the customer, without the intervention of intermediaries, undoubtedly helps to keep existing customers and attract new ones.
